Certificate
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an internationally recognized AMI certificate. -

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the management of Montessori programs and educational organizations operating in accordance with AMI principles.
The program begins with a study of the fundamental principles underlying Montessori education. Participants then examine how Montessori schools differ from other educational institutions and pedagogical approaches.
Special attention is given to the skills and competencies required for effective leadership in a Montessori environment, including leadership development, team management, educational program development, and creating the conditions necessary for the successful implementation of the Montessori approach.

The course provides opportunities to discuss current challenges in managing a Montessori school or center with colleagues and experts, analyze real-life situations, and identify effective solutions for the growth and sustainability of the educational community.
